We bought a farm!
Settlement day at Charlies Creek Farm: 23rd April 2019.
We fell in love with the property, but the house was a very old, two-bedroom cottage with more mice than we could count. We knew we’d have to build a new house, so we spent the next 12 months getting a feel for the land and envisioning our future home. Little did we know, COVID-19 lockdowns were just around the corner, making the process of submitting plans to the council and getting approval take so much longer than we ever imagined!
